    when i go to battle the elite 4 the lady says lorei or whoever isnt there so i cant battle the elite 4
     
    Yep, that happens after you've beaten the Elite Four the first time. It means you have to go to the rest of Sevii Islands and complete most of the side quests there. Read the FAQ section to find out exactly what you need to do to get Lorelei back in the Elite Four.
