can someone send me a application that can change the icon of pokemon? im using Advance Sprite Edittor but sadly it cant change the icon when you have it on your team :/ please hlep me , there no export on the pokemon sprite not like Pokepic editor but it works only on ruby ROM..
As you can see the pokepic edittor can export a photo from ruby rom but its not possible for emerald rom.
and using pokepic editor its possible to change the icon of pokemon but how can i change the icon in emerald if the pokepic edittor doesnt work on emerald rom the on that im using please help thanks in advance

put it in the pc, close the pc, open the pc, then withdraw it again, see if that works

Just use Advanced Pokemon Icon Editor, it should come with the sprite editor.
