If you are out of balls altogether then you will have to fight it again. The easiest way to catch it is to use a pokemon with false swipe, eg syther,sneasel.. so it goes down to 1 hp then try and put it to sleep before catching it.

If you see a thread that is breaking the rules or should be somewhere else, use the report button, so the issue gets taken care of. Because it definitely won't happen that fast if you just post things like that.
