I'm trying to create a new all rounded team for D/P so i can well plan ahead and breed the parents 1st. This is for ingame, so no Jirachi, hidden power etc.

    Miltoic
    Leftovers
    Max HP max Def
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Surf
    -Toxic

    Glion
    Choice Band
4 Hp Max Atck Max Speed
    -Thunder Fang
    -Ice Fang
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Edge
Wonder if a choice band or a tanker version is better? Just look at the defense.

    Blissey
    Leftovers
    Max Hp Max Def
    -Wish
    -Aromatherapy
    -Sesmic Toss
    -Twave/Toxic/Counter

    Blastoise
    Leftovers
(EV's not sure but prefably a physical tank version)
    -Surf
    -Icebeam
    -Rest
    -Rapid Spin

    Lucairo
    Leftovers
    Max Spec attack Max Speed
    -Pulse Bomb
    -Dark Pulse
    -Psychic
    -Anticipate

    Erureido
    Leftovers
    Max Attck Max Speed
    -Psycho Cutter
    -Scissor Cross
    -Aeriel Ace
    -Infight

    Thx

    Miltoic
    Leftovers
    EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 SAtk
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
You only really need enough EVs for 384 HP for extended Leftovers Recovery.
Be sure to run Bold Nature.

    Glion
    Choice Band
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    -Thunder Fang / Swords Dance
    -Scissor Cross
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Edge
Wonder if a choice band or a tanker version is better? Just look at the defense.
Ice Fang is useless unless it's getting a STAB Boost, so Scissor Cross is better, especially for the likes of hurting Dark Types as well. And for the record, Gligar has always been used for Physical Sweeping, and I doubt that's going to change sometime soon. And instead of Thunder Fang, I'd probably run Swords Dance since in the long run, Earthquake is going to do more than a SE Thunder Fang. Jolly Nature is what you want.

    Blissey
    Leftovers
    212 HP / 216 Def / 80 SAtk
    -Softboiled
    -Aromatherapy
    -Sesmic Toss / Focus Bomb
    -Ice Beam
Syntax Error: Blissey cannot get Wish in-game.
And if you want, make use of Focus Bomb to Keep Tyranitar off of your back. Bold Nature.

    Blastoise
    Leftovers
    Bold Nature
    EVs: 216 HP / 176 Def / 60 Spd / 56 SAtk

    -Surf
    -Icebeam
    -Rest / Counter
    -Rapid Spin
I usually like Counter on my Blastoise, but up to you though.

    Lucairo
    Leftovers
    Max Spec attack Max Speed
    -Pulse Bomb
    -Dark Pulse
    -Psychic
    -Anticipate
Replace this with something else, because you're gonna need more than just Special Fighting attacks to actually Special Sweep.

    Erureido
    Leftovers
    Max Attck Max Speed
    -Psycho Cutter
    -Scissor Cross
    -Aeriel Ace
    -Infight
Replace this too. You alredy have a good enough Physical Sweeper.

    Thx
Replace Lucario with something like either Kingdra or Ninetales. Kingdra can Swift Swim (as well as take damage), and Ninetales can use HypnoScheme, which is a method I came up with while doing my MovesetDex for the D/P Generation.

Erureido, you should replace with Goukazaru, since that actually has the potential to destroy several of the metagame's tanks (Ex: Skarmory, Blissey, Forretress, Regice).

Glion is actually meant to be an anti DDer, icefang for mence, thunder fang for Gyrados, and EQ for TTar. Furthermore Glion has weakness to ice and water only, which is common in water types, hence thunder fang for a water switch in. And i think I'll replace Glion's rockedge with somersault, seeing that its quite a gay switching skill.

And i'm skeptical with Kingdra as it requires setup. Maybe Misdrevius Evo with S ball, Tbolt Calm Mind and Taunt? And as for Goukazaru and a Ninetails would mean and triple weakness to water. Any other good replacement for Erureido? (Ps: This team has no flying type attack, something i'm trying to squeeze in) Any other suggestions?

I really don't see the need for Rapid Spin on an ingame Blastoise. Very few Pokemon can Spike, and even fewer, in my experience, actually will. Focus Bomb/Counter/Toxic would be other options.

And unless you can find a Pokemon that isn't Flying-type but that can effectively utilize that Flying-type move you desire, I'm afraid you're out of luck; adding a Flying-type Pokemon would only increase your BoltBeam weak.

Perhaps a Schemepassing Togekiss/Etebossu could work, but meh.

Gyarados will destroy Glion with an Aqua Tail after 1 DD, and that's after you get to switch Glion it.

If you're looking to use Thunder Fang and Ice Fang to trick DDers with, then use Dosaidon. Not only does it have godly HP and Attack, but its Hard Rock Ability cuts down Super Effective Damage. Substitute, Ice Fang, Stone Edge, & Earthquake is what you'd want to run on it.

Muumajii takes more setup than Kingdra does, and all you're really looking to do anyway is hit with speed and run, as well as still live.

I only mentioned Goukazaru as a Tank Eliminator, but you don't really have to use him. For all I know, Heracross would be a better option since it has so much attack to back itself up with.

Ninetales I only mentioned in case you didn't want to use Kingdra. HypnoScheme is a much better deal than just trying to CM up and take hits.

If you want Flying attacks, then use Mukuhawk, preferably with Choice Band. It gets Brave Bird, which has 120 Base Power (180 after STAB), and Mukuhawk alone runs off of a stat of 120 Base Attack, which is nothing to laugh about.
