Please read the Stickies before you post. Most notably, please read this thread.

Hyperbeam or any form of Hyperbeam (Giga Impact, Frenzy Plant, Roar of Time, etc) should not be used.

Also, your team lacks walls. The only defensive pokemon I see is Rhyperior.

    Rhyperior@Leftovers
    Trait: Solid Rock
    Nature: Impish / Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP / 172 Attack / 80 Defense
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Megahorn
    - Avalanche / Substitute / Stealth Rock / Swords Dance / Rock Polish

Ok... this is my team. (yeah, I know it sucks)

    Sassy Nature
    -Frenzy Plant
    -Attract
    -Body Slam
    -Earthquake

Wall, this is? And no Frenzy Plant, the only Pokemon Hyper Beam-type moves shold be used is Slaking, and even that's pushing it. And WHY is Attract there? I'm not good with Megenium, so I'll have to let the moveset pass.

    Infernape
    Adamant/Jolly Nature
    -Flare Blitz
    -Grass Knot
    -Close Combat
    -Strength

Bold=worst nature in the world. The nature is so terrible that I'm not even gonna say anything about the moveset, except not to use HMs.

    Feralagatr
    Docile Nature
    -Hydro Pump
    -Crunch
    -Hyper Beam
    -Dig

No 2-turn moves either. Why not take advantage of this Gators monster Atk Stat? No Hydro Pump.

    Staraptor
    Adamant/Jolly Nature
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Close Combat
    -Defog

Relaxed is, again, the worst nature ever. And no HMs! Roost....isn't good, but I guess it could come in handy.

    Rhyperior
    Brave Nature
    -Hammer On
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Stomp

Lol, what's Hammer On? XD Anyway, no Stomp (can it even learn Stomp?). I guess Brave is OK.

    Weavile
    Lonely Nature
    -Blizzard
    -Faint Attack
    -Slash
    -Fury Swipes

What? Simply seeing Weavile's Sp. Atk Stat should tell you NOT to use Special Attacks. And all the other moves are terrible, too. Show your love for Night Slash!

    Can you help me?

Nothing on your Team can take a hit except for Rhyperior and maybe Meganium. This team can't be fixed, I'm sorry.

For the record, there's nothing wrong with hydro pump on 'Gatr. lols at skarm switch-ins with style.

Whoops, sry if I over-flamed you.

    Staraptor @ Life Orb
    Trait: Intimidate
    Nature: Jolly
    Evs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
    - Close Combat
    - Brave Bird
    - Double Edge / Return
    - U-turn

    Weavile @ Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
    - Ice punch
    - Night Slash
    - Brick Break
    - Aerial Ace

what the flip?!?!!? any team can be fixed u might have to replace a few guys but any team can be fixed

Ok... this is my team. (yeah, I know it sucks)

    Meganium
    Bold Nature
    -Energy Ball/ Grass Knot
    -Aromatherapy
    -Reflect/ Light Screen
    -Leech Seed

Meganium has terrible attack, but good defenses. Use him for support. Hyperbeam-esque moves are bad, as the recharge kill any usefulness they may have. Attract is very situational, and not recommended. Bold nature for added defense.

    Infernape
    Naive Nature
    -Flamethrower/ Fire Blast
    -Grass Knot
    -Close Combat
    -Nasty Plot

Standard Mixape. Don't use Strength, as it's a horrible HM move. Naive for added speed.

    Feralagatr
    Adamant Nature
    -Dragon Dance
    -Ice Punch
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake

Feraligatr is basically an underpowered Gyarados, so let's copy Gyara's set. Stick to Feraligatr's strengths, mainly his Attack stat. Two turn moves like Dig stink, don't use them. Adamant for added attack.

    Staraptor
    Adamant Nature
    -Brave Bird
    Return/ Double Edge
    -Close Combat
    U-Turn/ Quick Attack/ Pursuit

Defog is the single most useless HM move out there. 'Raptor doesn't need Roost, as he won't last long anyway.

    Rhyperior
    Impish Nature
    -Megahorn/ Avalanche
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Stealth Rock/ Roar/ Substitute

Rhyperior makes an awesome wall. Give him a more defensive setup.

    Weavile
    Adamant Nature
    -Ice Punch/ Ice Shard
    -Pursuit
    -Brick Break
    -Night Slash/ Aerial Ace

    Weavile needs a physical setup.

    Can you help me?

Edits in bold. Overall, not very good. Not enough Pokes that can take a hit, and all your Pokes have bad natures. Are they even EV trained?

EDIT @ Darknight: Aww, this team is definitely fix-able. We'll just need to replace a few Pokes here and there. Also, try telling Blissey, Milotic, and Suicune that Bold is the worst nature ever.

Oh, I just realized, I made a typo. It's hammer-arm, not hammer-on. I think I've been watching my brother play too much guitar hero. :D

And yes, I am new with this kinda thing.

Ok... this is my team. (yeah, I know it sucks)

    Meganium
    -Frenzy Plant
    -Attract
    -Body Slam
    -Earthquake

    No experience on Meggy.

    Infernape-Focus Sash
    Naive Nature
    138 ATK/100 SPATK/252 SPD
    -Flare Blitz
    -Grass Knot
    -Nasty Plot
    -Flamethrower

I think, less Ev's on SPATK cause of NP

    Feralagatr-Lefties
    Jolly Nature
    252 ATK/252 SPD
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge/Earthquake
    -Ice Punch
    -Dragon Dance

I think it's better this way.

    Staraptor-Lefties
    Jolly Nature
    252 ATK/252 SPD
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Close Combat
    -U-Turn

    Rhyperior-Lefties
    Impish Nature
    252 HP/252 DEF
    -Curse
    -Earthquake
    -Stealth Rock
    -Counter

    I think it's nice

    Weavile-Life Orb
    Jolly Nature
    252 ATK/252 SPD
    -Ice Punch
    -Aerial Ace
    -Brick Break
    -Night Slash

    Standard

    Can you help me?
Fixed this team, here.Added EV's and better movesets.

Easy mistake. Rhyperior does rock. :D

Since you're new, I'd recommend learning about EVs, IVs, and Natures. This competitive battling guide is a good introduction.
