    Ok, I need help on two things. One: Finding the HMsurf. Two: Finding the pokemon move which will help me scale up the rocky walls. Please help.

    Surf: Celestic Town Shrine
    Rock Climb: Route 217

    Can't remember how, though.
     
    to get Surf you have to go Celestic Town Shrine after exploring it you recieve HM03 from an Old lady and for Rockclimb its near the western house on Route 217
