[Questions] HELP Misprinted card

    So I just recently found my old binder from 20 years ago of cards that I used to collect all in great condition. Stumbled upon this Meowth card which clearly is wrong and am curious on the legitimacy and value… I don't believe it's fake since I never was into trading but then again 20 years is a long time.     Anime art, inflated HP, and blurry text/imagery are all point to it being a counterfeit, not to mention the other errors. The "2nd edition" card next to it is also fake (no such thing as 2nd edition, just 1st and unlimited).
