Ok well for starters you have too many normal types. A fighting type could take down your aipom, buneary, and eevee. Replace these with different types.

well ok but im not replacing eevee lol and im goin to replace um but do i need to change there movesets?

Eevee should be a more defensive pokemon, it probably won't last long, so support really is a better way to do more damage. Most small stat pokemon like Tyrogue, Eevee, and Azurill would be better off inflicting status or Baton Passing. Most of your pokemon fall under this category.

You said it perfectly. One or two weak pokemon (Delcatty, Eevee, etc) can probably fit on a team. Anymore of that won't work. At least in standard play.

Too many same type attack moves-Blaze Kick, Fire Blast. Blaze Kick works. Keep that. I can't help on on everything else.
