    A rule of thumb: Never, EVER use sucky neutral natures. On NB you really need to push your pokémon's abilities to the limit, and without that 10% stat boost it's not going to happen. Just drop Flamethrower for Fire Blast and the little drop in SAtk shouldn't be a bother.

    More like HP Grass since you're going all stally with it. Higher PP and base damage > pitiful HP recovery. Ice Beam is also an option over one of the damaging moves to hit Mence on the switch, and Substitute could be a useful predictionary measure over Leech Seed since you don't want to be forced to switch whenever a physical sweep jumps in.

    Bleah, Steel Wing. More like Drill Peck imo, it has better type coverage and is the mortal enemy of Hera. I prefer subskarm but to each their own.

    Meh, Zam...don't bother with Recover, it doesn't have the defenses for it. Calm Mind is a far cooler and more useful option. Great for exploiting CBed victims, at least when you don't know what's coming. Also, it could use more SAtk, I think, but I'm not that good with Zam's EVs. >.<

    Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SAtk
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam

    - Surf Rest

    With no real prospects for healing, a wall like Swampert needs Rest to survive.

    Eww...Curselax... .___. Thick Fat over immunity, because ice attacks are much more common than Toxic in the OU. The STalker is so much cooler than this, though. Besides, you've got a status weak which it would ease a bit:

    Big-arse status weak because you lack both cleric and STalker. A Jynx played right could sweep through this whole team, I'm afraid. You also seem to rely quite heavily on setups, maybe CB Sala over the DD build for a quick sweeping type. Also, cleric Celebi over Ludi might not be a bad idea considering the kind of havoc that status effects wreak on this team. Ehh...that's all I can think of at the moment, although I have the distinct feeling that there's something fishy with the EVs.
     
    Yeah I changed the natures and gave rest over roar on Swampert. I don't really use it... I used aerial ace over, wouldn't allow drill peck. Used fireblast over flame thrower on salamence, good idea on that. I didn't replace anything on Snorlax, it's quite good as it is actually. And finally I left the recover, its good as it keeps me alive against blisseys.
