Blissey and snorlax on the same team is a bit redundant.I'd drop blissey and make lax your starter.

2 DDers is a bit much also.Try CBtar or CBmence or better yet, drop either one for a physical wall.

You lack a phazer [skarmory acts as both a phazer and a physical wall] and if you do choose to CB one of your pokemon, you'll want to consider something to rapid spin, [although its not entirely necessary.]

Your EV spreads need some serious help, try looking at the sticky at the top of the page entitled - 'OU metagame guide' for standard movesets and EV distributions for these pokemon.

BTW never use focus band, stick leftovers on ur Zam.

On a good note, you got all ur natures right and many of ur movesets are close to standard.

    Keep at it.

On Netbattle, when you go into expert mode, please check the box that says "Snap" otherwise you are wasting a lot of EV points.

You don't need Blissey and Snorlax on the same team. It only increases your Fighting weakness (Heracross really likes to sweep this team). I'd choose Snorlax since it can actually attack.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature (
    - Taunt
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide

Taunt over Brick Break please. Taunt ensures you can beat things like Skarmory and Weezing without them phazing you away. Also, give it max speed instead of HP, or else a lot of Pokemon will still outspeed you even after 2 DDs.

    Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 156 HP / 68 Atk / 176 Def / 56 SAtk / 54 SDef
    Brave Nature (
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest/Protect
    - Surf/Curse

Never give non-CB Swamperts max attack, especially if you're using a Brave nature. Swampert needs to be just as defensive as it is offensive. It only needs enough EVs for 300 Attack and needs a lot more Defense and HP. No real need for Rock Slide since Ice Beam is used for Flyers. Try Rest or Protect instead. The standard Cursepert set also works.

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 144 HP / 252 Atk / 112 Spd
    Adamant Nature (
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Rock Slide

    Fine.

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
    Bold Nature (
    - Counter
    - Aromatherapy
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled

    You're using a Blissey that doesn't have Aromatherapy? O_o
Get rid of Defense Curl since Blissey's job is to special wall and support with its healing moves, not sit around and Seismic Toss.

    Alakazam (M) @ Lum Berry/Choice Band
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (
    - Fire Punch
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Substitute/Trick

Alakazam with 4 special attacks won't work. It can't do anything against Blissey/Snorlax/Regice. The only attacks it really needs are Psychic and Fire Punch. Your other moves should be more defensive. Substitute to gain an extra turn of attacking, Calm Mind to deal more damage, or go with the sneaky TrickBand set.
Also, give it the Timid trait because Alakazam NEEDs that speed.
Don't use Focus Band, it relies on luck. Go with Lum Berry and a Synchronize trait.

    Snorlax (F) @ Leftovers ** Hunry
    Trait: Immunity
    EVs: 160 HP / 176 Atk / 68 Def / 104 SDef
    Careful Nature (
    - Double-Edge
    - Rest
    - Shadow Ball
    - Sleep Talk

Standard Sleep Talk Lax. I'd take off some HP for a little more Sp. Defense and more Attack since you aren't running Curse.
