@ Salamence :-
it needs 252 Speed ev's.
Its a physical based salamence, so remove HP-Flying and fire blast. Add Fire Fang and Dragon Claw.

@ Ludicolo :-
Replace Giga Drain by Grass knot.

@ Skarmory :-
Replace Aerial Ace by Drill Peck.

@ Alakazam :-
Replace Fire Fang and Recover by Focus Punch and Shadow Ball/Grass Knot.
Add Choice Specs instead of Choice Band.

@ Swampert :-
Avalanche over Ice Beam.
120 Atk Ev's instead of Sp Atk.
Hammer Arm could work instead of Rest, pretty good coverage.

@ Snorlax :-
Careful Nature, not quite sure on the EV's.
I don't think it needs 200 Def EV's, since you will be able to Curse 2-3 times before resting.
So, i guess 140 HP / 252 SpDef / 118 Def Ev's
140 HP Ev's is for optimal leftovers recovery if it has 31 HP IV's, so adjust accordingly.

This is a netbattle team so no Diamond and pearl moves...

Skarmory can't have drillpeck, egg moves incompatibility.

And Alakazam's choice band is for tricking...

Well, it was not mentioned that this is a netbattle team.
Also, you can trick choice specs instead of choice band / you can use choice specs for your moves if needed.

Except Choice Specs isn't in 3rd Gen.
And also, DDSala needs to only run with 270 speed MAX.
