Help needed!

I don't know if this is allowed but I need help!

I have some images, the blanks, but I need ideas for attacks!

Please, for each pic you want to give attacks, also mention the blank you want to me use (type or dual type), the HP, the attacks and the bottom stats, as well as the rarity for the card! The best spoiler given to each pic will be the chosen one and made into a card!

Please, make complete spoilers and mention the attack effects, not just the name of the attack, because effects are indeed my biggest problem! The best spoiler choise wll be based mostly on brokenness/unbrokenness, so you can't make the Uber Pok?mon or the Uber Trainer Card!

As first pic we have a Bulbasaur pic...
