Hello i have been using (Gen 3 Hacking Suite) to modify pokemon for pokemon - emerald
But i had the idea to add my own pokemon, Is there a tools used to add pokeom to the game without other tools (only the original tool.zip folder needed)
If the tool you told me to use worked i will add you in the *special thanks* screen
