[Scripting Question] Help on changing Random Pokemon and Trainer Pokemon Levels?

I know that this is something that can be done in the debug menu, but this takes a long time to change each entry one at a time. Is there some place to edit all Pokemon in Essentials easily?

You can directly edit the PBS Files. Check out PBS/Pokemon.txt, or PBS/Trainers.txt.
