3rd Gen Help On Leafgreen.

Well on LeafGreen, My Victreebel needs Sludge Bomb, the question is, where can I find the TM?

My Victreebel, Knows:

Razor Leaf
Toxic
Stock Pile
Spit Up

I decided I would soon get him Sleep Powder from the Move Maniac.

I don't want him to havr Stock Pile/Spit up anymore, so I basically will let him have, Razor Leaf, Toxic, Sleep Powder and Sludge Bomb.

The main question is, Where can I find Sludge Bomb?

Rocket HQ at Island 5. Basically you need to beat the elite four and finsh up the sevii islands before you can get it.
