First thing that comes to mind is that you need more badges :)

Yeah, just keep playing until you get more badges. He'll start listening again pretty quickly.

When you get a pokemon leveled to high and you dont have enough badges it will not obey you. So what level is it currently at and how many badges do you have right now?

You don't have enough badges for him to listen to you. You didn't trade him with someone did you? Anyways...he's too high leveled...

You must have got him in a trade, and traded Pokémon at a certain level don't listen to you if you don't have enough badges. And since this should have been asked in the Q&A thread, I'll close it.
