Hey benchlising! Welcome to PokéCommunity.
For new members, we usually recommend posting a thread in The Welcome Lounge with a few facts about yourself and what you are interested in, so that people can befriend and direct you to where you probably want to go on this large site. We've got so many different things to talk about and do here! :)
Since you clearly seem to be interested in hacking, I'll direct you to the Emulation & ROM Hacking section. It's there for all your needs and want on making a hack.
But please, please make sure to check out the first posts in the stickied threads there (the ones on top of the thread index) no matter what section or subsection you go to. They often have relevant information and help that you can find without making a thread of your own asking for it. For instance, there is a ROM Hacking Resources thread and a whole subsection dedicated to hacking tools, called the Toolbox :)
Hope you'll find what you need. As for this thread, I will close it now since it doesn't really fit in Pokémon General. If you have any further questions on hacking, refer to the Simple Questions thread in that other section, or contact one of the mods, DrFuji and giradialkia. Of course, if you have any other questions about PokéCommunity, you can ask me (Adventure) too.
