    I'm playing Crystal again but i cant remember were to find surf and tis reli annoying me, could someone please tell me where i can find it thanks.

    Behind the Pokemon center in Ecruteak City is the Ecruteak Dance theater.

    Battle the five girls inside then talk to the man next to the Rhydon. He will give you Surf.
     
    HM03 - Surf
    Description: Normal Attack. Surfs on water on field.
    Location: Receive this from an old man when you defeat the Kimono Girls.
