[Other] Help-Pokemon hack platform

    Hi everyone im new around here. Anyway Im going to make a pokemon hacks, but I don't know what platform i should use. GBA is popular but is also too overused. NDS is new and has great graphics and is new but does not have many supporting tools and probably hard to do. RPG xp (or making an exe game) offers a variety of changes to the original game O can make, but can only be played on pc, and also low graphics. So which platform should I choose?
