Help! some one is mess ing with my rep!

You should disable people posting in your rep until you find out who it is.
 
"User CP" -> "Edit Options" -> Untick "Show My Reputation Level". It's as simple as that. You can report reputation abuse to a higher staff member, but, judging from what you've told me, those two reps were justified.
