[Other] Help to fix Battle Select Freeze?

    I've begun having an issue with my Pokemon Emerald where whenever I am required to select Pokemon from my party (Battle Frontier) my game completely freezes, stuck on the select screen the confirm button and cancel button are both visible at the same time as well if that helps. I'm not sure how to fix this issue, would really appreciate any help. Cheers!
