I'm looking for someone willing to help me map a game. I'm using Pokemon Burning Ruby as a template.
What it will be:
A ruby expansion if you would, with new features!
Including new pokemon entries (XD001, Red Lucario and Dark Mewtwo (From Pokken) and Custom sprites to give the pokemon game and all players an enjoyable feeling.
New Feature: Dungeons! Yes dungeons for veteran players (This is where I need help.) Dungeons are how you can aquire these new legends and specialist that have different and sometimes odd and crazy moves/ Typing. None of these Dungeons are for the weak hearted, To get a prize, it requires work.
In these dungeons, you will face:
Stronger wild pokemon, more advanced trainers, and the all powerful Dungeon beasts Which are the specialists, and legends of the Dungeons.
Though the dungeons will not be required, the will be an extended offer for players who want to test their skills and Tactics against the best of the best.
Rewards:
(Here's the idea for some Progress enhancing dungeon ONLY Items I thought of!)
Large Sword: Cuts down trees, no longer will you need cut.
Silph Co. Wingsuit: Works in place of fly.
Surfboard/ Boat: Works in place of surf.
Solgaleo Call: No more bike! You now have the mighty Solgaleo at your call! (Replaces Mach Bike, obtained after catching/ defeating Solgaleo blocking this item.
More coming too!!
What I need:
Mapper: Someone who can set up these beastly dungeons and challenging mountains.
Scripter: Someone who can set up these iconic battles with trainers, legends.
Spriter: This one's not a complex job, I can handle battle sprites/ icons, I just need someone to change Item Icons, NPC's and the hero, because this will be a more advance game, I would like a more mature looking hero.
Things to know about me:
I'm cooperative, Good with team management, and easy to contact, and open for more ideas. Some of my typing can be atrocious with certain words.
Things about the project:
If we stay consistent it should be done in only 4 weeks.
If all goes well, we can even keep expanding it!
