Help with 2 of my Pokemon please!!

    Ok, I haven't gotten them YET, cuz its just a future team, but what is a good moveset for Gengar and for Golem for in game battles, union room battles, and GTS battles?

    Why bump when no one replies in five minutes? that's just ridiculous

    Anyway there are plenty of people here to help you so dont get desperate and bump your own thread every 5 minutes...
     
    Only problem with that is that the first person besides myself to reply didn't even make an effort to help. Besides, I'm used to the gamefaqs.com boards, where my threads get shoved down to the 2nd or 3rd page in about that many minutes.
     
    I think for:

    Gengar @ Wide Lens
    -Shadow Ball (STAB)
    -Sludge Bomb (STAB)
    -Focus Blast (I personally like it against Steel and works with high Sp.Atk)
    -Will-O-Wisp

    I don't recommend Golem due to it's 4x weaknesses and poor Sp.Atk and Spd. so prolly use it with a Baton-Passer, but...

    Golem @ Focus Band (to survive OHKO)
    -Earthquake (STAB)
    -Hammer Arm (for those Darks and for Atk. boost)
    -Rock Slide (for STAB and those dragons)
    -Explosion (when your HP is low; after anticipating OHKO)

    I'm not an expert at choosing movesets but I think these are decent if not, slightly above average. I still advise not going with Golem but he's not the worst Pokemon. Good Luck with your team and happy battling.
     
    Can someone help my Alakazam too? Its looking kinda crappy.
     
    oh and if you want it, the moveset for it right now is thunderpunch, firepunch and icepunch, then psychic. I need help please!
     
    By the way, Flames Fan, I've used Golem plenty of times before 9in other games) and battled tons of other trainers, and hes been pretty good to me. So, unless they knocked him down to where he REALLY can't do anything now, I'll be ok.

    On a lighter note, I have a Golem too. I don't use him much. His name is Roxs. I love him very much.

    Seriously, the set mentioned above is pretty good. As for Alakazam, those are horrible moves, at least in fourth-gen. Here's a better set:

    Alakazam
    Psychic
    Shadow Ball
    Focus Blast
    Grass Knot/Recover

    Taken straight off serebii.net, I think this set works.
