Help With A Cutscene?

    Im using Essentials Pokemon, and i want to know if i can replace the standard professor oak intro with a custom cutscene, then the choices of gender. How would i go about doing that...?

    Print text, change pictures, show choices, set name, show genders, set genders, remove pictures, all that. A bunch of stuff that comes with RMXP, which learning that can prove useful for other cutscenes you may want to do in the future.
