Help with a moveset for Latias

Im trying to help out my friend and his Latias` moveset here it is...

I don`t know the nature yet,but I know he needs more Power Points for his offense.He should use a Bolt-Beam stratgey but he doesn`t have enough money for it.He needs to get get rid of all-psychic offense.Any suggestions?? :\

By catching one of the Lati@s pair, I assume he's defeated the Elite Four. He could simply defeat the E4 over and over until he has enough money to buy the TMs.

Edit: Mana Lugia beat me to it. It doesn't really take that much skill to get money in the game. It only takes time.

I usually use Route 117 for my money making/level training area. It's less strenuous than the Elite 4, and just as good if you're not high enough level to challenge the E4 yet. Trainers Eyes trainers net you just as much experience as the wild battles in the Rayquaza Tower, and with 20 levels lower, they're much easier to defeat. It's less of a strain on your PP, and with 2 healing places on either side, it's my preferred training area of choice.
