    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Marvel Scale
    Bold
    84 HP/180 Def/120 SAtk/126 SDef
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Toxic
    - Recover

Pretty much used as a Special Wall, and can also be used as a Physical Wall, but it's not that good at walling physical attacks. I gave it some special attack EVs in case it was my last pokémon and needed something that could attack and gave it Toxic to further annoy the opponent. And no, I can't give Milotic Hypnosis because the Pokémon that it needs to by bred with, Poliwag, isn't available in Emerald.

    Ninetales @ Leftovers
    Flash Fire
    Timid
    100 HP/132 Def/100 SAtk/178 Spd
    - Flamethrower
    - Will-o'-wisp
    - Roar
    - Protect/Confuse Ray

Used as a Pyroshuffler as well as an Annoyer and a Staller. It's pretty fast so it can outrun most of the pokémon out there. It's basically designed to annoy Physical Sweepers, and that's why I gave it Will-o'-wisp. I'm not sure if I should give it another Staller move (Confuse Ray) or just give it Protect to scout out the opponent's moves.

Donphan @ Scope Lens/Leftovers (Not sure which to use)
    Sturdy
    Adamant
    44 HP/252 Atk/160 Def/54 SDef
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Counter
    - Protect

Basically my combined Physical Wall and partially a Physical Sweeper (it's sweeping capabilities are lower due to its horrible speed). Since it has a good physical defense, I gave it counter to do major damage on the other Physical Sweepers out there.

Starmie @ Choice Band/Petaya Berry/Leftovers (not sure which to use)
    Natural Cure
    Modest
    6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Psychic/Recover (not sure which to use)

A really nice Special Sweeper, I'm probably going to use Starmie for quickly wiping out my opponent's pokémon because of it's wide range of attacks. Since it's main purpose is to do a large amount of damage, I don't know if I should use Recover (because this would just slow down the sweeping process)

    Heracross @ Focus Band
    Guts
    Adamant
    252 Atk/58 Def/200 Spd
    - Brick Break
    - Megahorn
    - Protect
    - Swords Dance/Reversal/Rock Slide (not sure which to use)

This is basically my main Physical Sweeper (Donphan isn't really considered one) and it has a wide range of attacks, allowing it to do major damage to the opponent. I think I should use Swords Dance to further boost Heracross's already exceptional attacking power, or maybe I should give it Reversal in case my opponent brings it down to 1 HP. Or maybe I should just go with another physical attack, Rock Slide. I don't know XD

And for the sixth Pokémon, I was thinking about maybe a Tank or a solid Wall (preferably mixed), so I thought about this Dusclops variation:

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
    Pressure
    Relaxed
    58 HP/200 Def/252 SDef
    - Night Shade
    - Mean Look
    - Will-o'-wisp
    - Confuse Ray/Rest

A real physical sweeper killer, if you ask me, but I'm still not sure if I should use it.
Anyways, I need some help deciding some things in my team and if you'd please rate my team, I'd appreciate it.

Buddy, this goes in Strategies and movesets! :D

also, Swampert rips your team in half :\

I think Donphan needs Ice Shard.

Rapid Spin on Starmie or Donphan Please, you have two of the best ones on that team, and your not utilizing it.

    Starmie@leftovers
    Timid Nature
    172 HP / 120 SP.ATT / 216 SPEED
    - Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    - Surf
    - Recover
    - Rapid Spin

EDIT: Sorry if im not mistaken this is for 3rd gen ? If this is for 3rd Gen you really should have said. The Starmie set works in third gen aswell.
