Whenever I choose a Covered (Bottom/Middle) Layer Type for a tileset in Porymap, it displays as it should in the porymap editor. However, whenever I compile my decomp (pokeemerald), the tiles in game show up as a black box with no texture (such as the couch in the attached photos), or with an incorrect texture. All of the original tilesets with Covered-type tiles work as they should, it's only the ones I've created that have an issue. Any suggestions?

Does the couch show up if you set the layer type to something else? What tilesets is your map using? Have you tried 'make clean'?
