I need some help and tips for growing berries to their fullest potential. Whenevr I grow some berries, I either end up getting 2 to at the most and very rarely 5 berries while my friend, without mulch or any of that crap, can end up getting 10. Alot of the time too. Could anybody give me any tips on how to grow berries extremly well?

Do you water your berries while they're in the soil a lot? The more you do, the better quantity of berries you'll end up recieving.

just keep watering berries every half a day or so, you'll get plenty.

I think watering them in every state (and lots of times) helps. I'm not sure, though. I never cared about berries.

not to brag but i got 15 belue berries on each from 4 of them.

first plant the berry, then water 2-3 times then wait at least 2-5hours and water again at leasts 2-3 times then repeat the steps over and you will get at leasts 10-15 berries.maybe some fertilizer might help.get stable for lum so just in case it falls it will have a longer time to stay.and maybe gooey for normal berries.so mainly water daily, and have fun i guess...

alright thanks. I guess I wasn't watering my berries enough then.

Well there basically inst any good rule to grow them, you just have to plant them in their available spots, wait sometime and then voila!

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure each Berry have their own watering requirements, as well as a maximum yield and a minimum. Berries like Belue or Spelon (the ones that take a long time to grow) can yield a maximum of 15 berries, and dry and grows slowly, while others like Cheri or Chesto dry and grow quickly.
The goal is to water the berry whenever the soil goes from dark brown to light/mud brown. Never let it get to the whitish/grayish color. Each berry has their own growing pace, and the quicker the pace, the more often you have to water it. Although I'm not 100% sure, watering the berries multiple times while they are in the dark brown state will not yield more berries.
I'm currently aiming to get at least 100 of each berry (I'm crazy) and I'm almost there, good luck in your berry farming.

Ok the other day I planted a Cornn berry and when it was ready I got only 2 berries after watering it whenever I needed to. So I left it there and let it drop off and grow again. I watered it just as many times and when it was ready, it had 10 berries on it (this also happened to some other berries that I planted with it). Does it like, help to raise the berries, then let them fall off once to get a lot more berries or something, I'm confused.

By the way, I'm trying to get at least 200 of each berry. I was doing 100 but I kinda over did it

I guess,I am confused about that part too.Maybe just maybe ,when you water too much it starts all over again?(a guess)

    OR

It grows better when it falls after growth and adds more berries since you are still watering it?

If you want PM me for berry's growing rate and how much per berry (HMPB)
