Okay, so I've gotten all 16 gym badges and beaten Trainer Red. But now I'm trying to create a balanced, good team for battling. Please tell me what you'd reccomend I remove or add.

    Here is my team so far;

    Tyranitar (Lv. 57)
    -Serious Nature
    Moves
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder
    - Dragon Dance

    Jolteon (Lv. 53)
    -Careful Nature
    Moves
    -Quick Attack
    -Thunder
    -Iron Tail
    -Agility

    Charizard (Lv. 55)
    -Naive Nature
    Moves
    -Flamethrower
    -Fly
    -Steel Wing
    -Brick Break

    Quagsire (Lv. 54)
    -Adamant Nature
    Moves
    -Surf
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Blizzard

    Dragonite (Lv. 56)
    -Naive Nature
    Moves
    -Earthquake
    -Thunder
    -Dragons Dance
    -Draco Meteor

And I'm looking for a good Psychic type.

Nice. team what happen to your starter pokemon?

Train your pokemon until level 65-70, bring a lot of max potion and revive and stall Red.
Use Tyranitar as lead to get the sandstorm and give one of your pokemon Toxic and Stall him :)

How you described it and by the look of your team, it definitely proposes you're building this team for competitive battling. If you're looking for serious and detailed C&C, then the right section for that would be Pokémon Strategies and Movesets. However, before you post your team there again you'll need to include six Pokémon, their items and their EV spread. I'd suggest reading the available stickies in that section for more information on that.

If this is for just in-game battling though, then the right section for that would be In-game Team Help sub-forum. You won't need to include the EV spread for an in-game team though.

All that said, I'm just going to close as this isn't the right place for rating teams. If you follow my above suggestions, you should see yourself improving your team quite a lot.
