[General] Help with evolve trades

Hi Matty, I need help with 3 Trade evolve.
Porygon to Porygon 2, and after that to Porygon 3.
Scyther to Scizor.
And Slowpoke to Slowking.

I already have the itens to evolve all of them.

Can you help me please?

I only need these 3 evolution lines above and Politoed to finish the Pokedex. But Politoed i'll try to catch in a SOS battle later.
