3rd Gen Help with Feebas

    In the guides for Ruby/Sapphire, and Emerald, it says that to catch Feebas there are 6 spots on Route 119 and it depends on the trendy phrase in Dewford as to where to find Feebas on Route 119.

    Has anybody figured out what trendy phrase and then where on 119? And if this question's been asked and answered before, perhaps you could direct me to the thread?

    All I want is a Milotic without hacking.
     
    I'm pretty sure it randomly changes every time the
    trendy phrase changes. My only advice is to remember
    which spaces you've already searched and don't give up.
     
    I was recently trying to hunt down feebas myself in emerald, from what I recall the trendy phrases DO NOT activate specific tiles. Changing the trendy phrase randomly changes makes 6 tiles out of 400 were feebas can be found.

    If you want a feebas it's going to take some time.

    You'll need

    *Pokeballs and lots of them

    *Fishing Rod (ANY fishing rod, even an old rod can encounter feebas)

    *A pokemon with surf

    *Patience

    You've probably heard this before in a guide so I'll keep it short an sweet. Search each tile at least 4-5 times before moving on. When surfing on a pokemon your fishing in the tile infront of you, NOT the one your floating on. Once you find a tile with feebas it will not change unless the trendy phrase does, so go nuts and catch as many of them as you want, the encounter rate is about 60-80%.

    It's pretty easy to find and catch feebas.I've caught more than 20 feebas in the wild(IN RUBY).And i didn't change the trendy phrase not even once.

    uuuuu.Thanks but i already have evolved 2 of my feebas.I've 2 milotic right now and it's really cool pokemon.What do you think?

    Can somebody tell me what the phrase is and ill tell you guys where feebas is found becuase I have the emerald guide only in route 19 Feebas is easy to catch (Its kinds like a magikcarp)

    The phrase is random. There is no particular one.
