Help with Hidden Items

I'm trying to add a hidden item to my ROM and I can't figure out how to get the item finder to recognize it. I can pick up the item but the item finder doesn't recognize its existence. I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with the Hidden ID but can't figure out what. I'm using a ROM based on Ruby.

Thanks! I didn't realize there was a difference. What are the other values used for?
