Hey there! It's most certainly miss-cut, that's pretty obvious lol, but I'm looking for signs of forgery and I'm really not seeing anything? The fonts and the spacing all looks solid. I think this is just a classic case of terrible quality control, haha.
But hey! That's still unique! I wouldn't be able to hazard a guess on the price but it's definitely an awesome find to just stumble upon. But that's just my assessment, I'd still head down to TCG to get some more opinions.
