4th Gen Help With My Team? ^^

I just got SoulSilver yesterday.. UK release ;P

I'm at Azalea town and I've beaten Bugsey, my team is lv. 19 Croconaw, lv. 17 Pidgey and lv. Mareep. I'm not sure on what pokémon to get next, I was planning on Vulpix and I'd like to get one when I pass Goldenrod but I'm not sure what to do about HM's.

Should I have HM slaves, if so what should they be? Or should I give each of the pokémon a HM or something, again if so which pokémon and what moves?

Team Help threads aren't allowed here, sorry. Just take a look through the Pokedex and choose the ones you like, as anything basically will do just fine as long as you level your Pokemon up enough. As for HMs you can either split them up between your team, or use a HM slave (like Rattata or Quagsire, etc) - note that you can always just keep hm slaves in th box and use them when you need to, and replace a team member by putting it on the PokeWalker, so you can still 'train' it.
