well last night my team got there ass kick on wifi, the reason i havn't EV trained them so i want to know what is the best EVs i can give these pokemon

Pidgeot: Careful
Alakazam: Modest
Scizor: Adamant
Electivire: Modest
Magmortar: Modest
Politoed: Adamant

Shouldnt this go into strategies and Movesets.

As for EVs they should work in...

Pigeot: attack and speed
Alakazam: sp.attack and speed
Scizor: attack and defense
Electivire: attack/sp.attack and speed
Magmortar: sp.attack and sp.defense
Politoed: sp.attack and sp.defense

EDIT: of course im talking about the method 252/252/4 spread. and the last 2 EVs dont matter.
