Help with ORAS Team?

For a long time, I tried to think of a really good team for Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, but I haven't thought of anything great. I presume that ORAS will have the same wild Pokémon as RSE, so you can suggest as much RSE Pokémon as you like. This is what my in-game team looks like.

    Swampert
    Roserade
    Camerupt
    Manectric or Magnezone
    Swellow
    Gallade

I'm happy for you to suggest something, but I don't want Legendaries and I want Pokémon found in Hoenn only. No National Pokédex Pokémon. (I presume that Gallade will be obtainable in ORAS, so you can suggest Pokémon like him as well... xP)

I also don't care about natures or abilities, but I would prefer it if I had 3 Pokémon with high Special Attack and/or Special Defense, and 3 other Pokémon with high Attack and/or Defense.

Thanks for reading. Do you got any suggestions? :3

That seems like a well-balanced team! I'm also going to choose Mudkip as my starter, which'll eventually lead to Swampert, hopefully; can't wait to give its mega form a shot, as it looks very promising!

Since you're going to be having both electric and fire Pokémon on your team, your party would likely wind up to be a little vulnerable to ground-type hits, which, I believe, were common in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald (not sure if it's going to be same in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, but since they like keeping remakes resembling to their originals as closely as possibly, it likely will).

Even though your party is indeed a little open to ground attacks, you still have other Pokémon to endure those strikes, namely Swellow and Swampert. If you'd still like to replace one of them to be more careful and whatnot, I'd recommend considering some Pokémon such as Absol or Dusknoir. Former is better as an attacker, and latter is utilized more for its bulk. Both are great in their own right!

I wish you good luck! Haha.

Hey! Thank you for your assistance! It has helped me. :3 However, I got another question. I'm going to keep the team I planned, but there's one more thing I'm trying to decide...

Should I go for Manectric or Magnezone? I'm unsure which one would help more. What do you think?

Sorry for the late reply! Haha. If you'd still like my opinion, I'd say both are good, but Magnezone would likely be a better choice. Manectric performs well when mega-evolved, but you'll be having two other mega-forms in Gallade and Camerupt on your team, and I don't necessarily believe that having too many megas would be very helpful, sadly, considering we're allowed to use only one per battle and whatnot.
