[Graphics] Help with resizing

    Greetings Pokecommunity !
    I'm starting my ROM Hack and I wanted to make some type variations for some Pokémon (In this case, Arcanine)
    The thing is that I messed up because the sprite is too large (80x80), so I can't use it :/
    When I'm trying to resizing it (To fit 64x64), it becomes all pixelated and blurry and I can't make it look good enough for my taste :/
    Can someone give me a hand with the resize? Help will be much aprecciated :)
