Help with saving progress in Prime Dialga's DNS Tool

    Hi,

    I want to use Prime Dialga's DNS Tool (v2.0) to add RTC functionality, but I want to remove the Day-Time Palettes (so that is always day palette-wise for Story-Reasons).

    My Question now is how I save the changes from unchecking of the Viewer-Checkboxes? The Tool saves the fact that I inserted the the RTC, but not the unchecking of options. (Can be viewed, when reoopening the Tool & the ROM).

    PS: I have to rely on this tool, bc CFRU's DNS feature breaks some compatibilites within my ROM.
