I need to know... how can u send pokemon from Diamond to platinum? So can you tell me well also whats your pokemon team for the start of game to the end?

Chimchar Phione- level 10 Shaymin- level 16 starly Ambipom-level 45 (Use when in deep trouble) And last one idk thats why i need to know how can u send pokemon from Diamond to platinum? Thanks
