    So in FireRed.. I'm in the tower in Saffron City trying to clear out the
    Team Rocket people so I can get the MasterBall, im on the second floor and my Golbat just reached Lvl 33. and its trying to evolve.. it will do the evolution screen, then it will stop and the text screen will say "(...?) can someone explain..?
     
    You need the National Dex before Crobat (or Blissey because it's the same scenario there) is obtainable. FRLG is being a big tease basically and your PokeDex is saying "lolno" to the evolution because Crobat isn't in the original Dex. Please use the Q&A thread next time.
