Help!

This is my hack I call it Pokemon Ruby Advanced,its my first hack so dont judge me.

Im doing good with textwork and tilework but now i came to an problem

And i dont know how to fix it,there is also some bugs like in sotopolis mart
and center they have bugged roof tiles...is the mart and center bug fixable ?
