    Guys I need some help, I downloaded Pokémon TCG a while ago but when it finished downloading, I tried to open it but it won't open. It always says that the game crash and the crash report folder is next to the game executable. What should I do? I tried reinstalling the program 3 times already but the same thing happens again

    Ok nevermind, I already contacted Pokemon.com {XD}

    You probably don't have enough RAM. Need at least 2 GB to play it.

    What turned out to be the problem?

    They said I should check the system requirements because there might be some problem in the system and I found out that the directx features of my pc are not available. I'm just playing it with my laptop now where the directx features are enabled

    Your PC may not have had a new enough version of Direct X installed.

    That or all the Direct X files became corrupted on that PC.

    My PC has directx 11 but I don't know why the directx features are not available

    Oh. Then it's probably looking for some DirectX 9 files that for some reason are missing from DirectX 11 on newer OSes. Is it a Windows 8 PC?

    So I need to have directx 9 instead of directx 11? My PC is using Windows 7 Ultimate

    You'd just need to have both installed. In theory, you don't need to install Direct X 9 on any PC with DirectX 11, though I know from experience that is simply not true because many games reference files only found in Direct X 9 or Direct X 10, or even earlier versions. Go download Direct X 9 from the link below, then run the file from the link below. After that, go into the folder the file from the below link created and look for the DXSETUP.exe file, then run that installer. That might fix the problem. I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit myself and have not had any issues with the TCGO client, but I probably did install Direct X 9 way back when I first assembled the PC.
