[Other] Help!!

I want to make my own pokemon game, for that i want to change the fire red logo on the start screen. I tried to do that, watched many tut's but the only thing that happend is that the pokemon logo and fire red logo disappeared. I don't know what to do now, could somebody help me or maybe fix my rom?? (could send it by email)

Perhaps if you provided a few more details, we could better help you fix whatever you did wrong.

What tools did you use? How did you change the image(s)? What steps did you take?

First of all i used the tut "How to Change the Pokémon FR/LG Title Screen Pokémon" on youtube (chrystalstatic) but after the first try my Charizard was messed up with colors, Second time (when i did a step i forgot the first time) my Charizard disappeared but no Blastoise came back for it so i just let it. After that i tried to change the pokemon & FR logo using the tut "Inserting Titlescreen logos into Fire Red" from Flandre Scarlet here at the site of pokecommunity (/showthread.php?t=173298). After i tried it, the pokemon & FR logo just disappeared.. I just wanted to change the charizard into blastoise and replace the FR logo with a new Aquaventura logo... So yeah... i think i messed it up

UPDATE:
I tried it on another rom, now i have my logo but in black and white and really bad readable!

yes i did, everysingle step but i just don't get it.. i watched like 10 different tut's but nothing works.. is there somebody here who wants to add and add a new start screen to my fire red rom maybe? it would make things a lot easier for me. i could send the sprites for it.
