I don't think Drifblim got anything substantially new in this gen, so looking at Smogon's set for Gen 7, assuming you're going to go competitive with this thing:

If you can change the ability to Unburden, that'd be a bit better.
A moveset of some combination of : Substitute, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Acrobatics, Will-O-Wisp or Hex seems to be ideal.
Modest or Timid for nature seems the best.
Recommended item seems to be Sitrus Berry.

Again, that's just looking at it roughly on Smogon.

If you're actually just using this ingame, then just strong moves will be fine.
