3rd Gen Help!

I went to the Team Aqua hideout in Sapphire, and I went through it, and I found no Master Ball. Now when I read my guide, it says that it is in there. So then I try to go back, and it's closed off. Does that mean I can't get a Master Ball anymore?

(Also, don't bug me about going to the lottery thing, you have to be lucky to try that).

If it is closed off, then no Master Ball. Sorry to be the bearer on bad news.
