idk if this is the right section for this but can anybody tell me how hidden power specifically works because its not making any sense to me right now =((

Isnt hidden power a move learnt by pokemon?

yea it is but you can also teach it to pokemon as well!!! i really need help on how it works!!!

Hidden power is a move whose element is determined by your pokemon's IV's. I'll get the chart for you in a sec.

ok thx alot dood!!! that helped me out a bit as to why espeon hasnt been having ice effects on a pokemon when i attack it because i calculated its Iv's and it told me its hidden power is based on ice soo iima train it a little more to see what happens
