In pokemon diamond i cant get my 8th badge becouse i cant find the pokemon that is on the front of the box could anyonne please tell me where he is.

Read the FAQ. The "pokemon that is on the front of the box" is either Palkia or Dialga, at Spear Pillar on top of Mt. Coronet.
