    hello im new here
    im also new to rom hacking
    i have some tools i dont know how to tile edit and i was wondering if i could work some dug usage in there kinda like fall out
    i was thinking of changing the wether for the efects but i dont know how i would
    and are there people who know how to do so and would like to work on a project together
     
    Welcome to the forums, buuuuut unfortunately I cannot help ya there with the ROM Hacking stuff. Your best bet is to ask questions at the Emulation section of the forums. There are a few Simple Question threads where you can ask and get help, as well as get information about tools, and tutorials made by our own members. Plus, you'll find information about making a team, if you're interested in that.

    That being said, I'll have to close this since this is more of asking for ROM Hacking help rather than much of an introduction. You are more than welcome to try again, and if you have questions about the forums & stuff, you can PM me!
