Because this perticular box was first seen 2 days after Pokemon Emerald got announced in Japan! How could it be a US box? Its impossible. Plus I got a PM about 1.5 months ago from the person who drew that picture of Rayquaza, so thats more proof that it want officially made.

Ok. I do have the Jap Emerald Version. It's pretty cool but who knows how long it'll be till the English version is out. The box art would be an ideal one though.
