[ASM & Hex✓] Hex locations of wild Pokémon in gen 3 games?

I hope that you guys don't mind a dumb question but I am currently looking for some hex addresses for the Pokémon games. I'm pretty sure this kind of info was easier to come by years ago but with the proliferation of various tools, it's buried and hard to find.

The reason any of the tools aren't an option for me right now is because recently my laptop and 4G modem (for uncapped internet) were stolen, followed by lockdown for my country a week or two. So I've been left screwed, just trying to whip myself up a decent mod of Emerald by hex editing on my phone or the occasional rare ips. And I've found almost every tweak that I wanted to find, except for the location of wild Pokémon encounters. For example, I want to put Surskit, Zangoose, Lunatone etc into Emerald into their correct locations where they would be in Ruby / Sapphire.

I'm looking for this info for Emerald in particular but would love to hear it for other gen 3 games as well. Can anyone help me with this?

Hey thanks for the response but unfortunately I can't do any real time RAM hacking right now. The only computer I currently have access to is my friend's computer with a basic Linux OS installed. Normally I'd do what I want to do with a map editor but it looks to me like every potential map editor since Advance Map had been abandoned and discontinued. So Linux is a no go.

I'll have to see if I can find those offsets it myself, if I can remember the way it was structured.
